This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Mobilitygreen through mobilitygreen.world.

1. Digital Products

All products listed on our website are digital downloads delivered electronically via email. No physical items are shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the digital product, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the file.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded the product
• The digital file is defective or cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end
• You were charged incorrectly or received the wrong product

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed
• The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase
• The product was purchased during a promotional period where refunds were explicitly excluded

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@mobilitygreen.world with your order details, including the product name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before the digital product has been delivered, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been fulfilled with a download link cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund under the conditions above.
